another great short story

this was a great short story to bring in extra characters and show what happens easily to those with in the series.

Getting his mate and saving her cub

Interesting story of a male bear seeking a female bear, whose mate died and left a letter wanting another to care for her. In the meantime, a revengeful bear hires a hit man to kill the female’s cub. Unclear as to why.

Lovely shifter romance

It’s a short story but the only thing that I wanted that I didn’t get was the capture of Miguel and his remaining crew.
I liked Nell from the first book of the series and I am pleased that she finally found her mate.

Older Woman-Younger Man

This was short, sweet, funny & to the point. Cormac & Nell were perfect. Shane ,Brody & the others rounded out a great story.

Finally!!

Finally! Nell gets her man. Even if she tries to fight off Cormack’s intentions and advantages she’s gonna get a mate. He’s stubborn. She’s stubborn. He’s not backing down, and she’s starting to crack.

What really solidifies the fact that his man, this big arsed bear shifter is going to be there for her abs her ‘cubs’ is the fact that he put himself in the line of fire to save her and her son.

Nothing would be the same without Nell! She’s one of my favorites of this shifter town! Go Nell, go!!

Another great one.

This is a great short story in the Shifters Unbound series. Cormac and Nell are interesting. Cormac showed up saying, "I'm here for you" to a woman who had never met him before. Nell looks at him and replies, "Yeah, in your dreams." I love Nell's personality. She's feisty, smart, independent, and strong. She stands on her own two feet and believes that she doesn't need a man/mate. Cormac spent a lot of his earlier years completely alone and now he's determined to get the mate he's always wanted. These two, while trying to come to terms with their growing feelings for one another, have to deal with a bounty hunter who's taken Shane, Nell's oldest son. If you think a scorned woman is a sight to contend with, you haven't seen a mama bear trying to protect those she loves. My favorite scene was Cormac claiming her as mate while in bed healing... repeatedly.

I really enjoyed this story. The author created a lovely story that I enjoyed and look forward to enjoying many times in the future. The narrator brought a new level of life and excitement to the story. She improved something that I thought couldn't get any better.

Well done to both that author and the narrator.

Another JA Shifters!

It's JA... you either like the Shifter's Unbound or you don't! I personally loved them... I love the whole dang series... You just can't go wrong with anything JA writes...especially about her Shifter towns!

This is Cormack and Nell's story.. I like Cormack and Nell from previous books... so this is just a back-story on how those two got together...

A dud

I really like the rest of this series and have rated many of the books 5 stars but this one really fell flat. Nell is supposed to be an alpha but doesn’t act like it. Also, the story is boring and although short seems to drag for ages. I only listened to the whole thing because I didn’t want to miss part of the ongoing story but I feel like that part could be summed up in a sentence. Skipping and moving on to the rest of the series is my recommendation!!

I've enjoyed this series but this one was hard to finish. Nell is supposed to be a dominant bear and yet everyone in the story constantly disrespects her and bullies her into a relationship. cormack says he needs to be patient and yet he pushes her into mating in one day.
