I recently had the pleasure of reading "Make Your Brand Legendary: Create Raving Fans with the Customer Experience Engine" by Scott Wozniak, and let me just say, this book truly exceeded all my expectations. One of the best branding books I’ve ever read.

I listened to the audiobook, but it was so robust and had so many great end of chapter questions that I purchased a physical copy. This is the kind of book that I will read again and againThe ideas were so easy to implement and I’ve already started working some of these new systems into my business. I plan on hosting a Book Club using this title with my Novelist and Screenwriter clients. You can always find me here on Goodreads if you want to learn more about that. But seriously, if you are a real estate agent or a dentist or an author or the head of your schools PTO, this book is insightful and will provide the most amazing and thoughtful ideas to build your brand. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

Brilliant

Few books could claim universal application regardless of organization’s industry, size, etc. This is one of them. It shoes the core of greatness is pretty simple despite conventional thought to the contrary. Simple is not easy. This book still shows how it can be done.

Scott Wozniak has made me raving fan

I've known and respected Scott for several years. I downloaded his audible book, curious if he's a good writer. I was blown away. He tells great stories. He uses humor. The book is so good that I just bought a hard copy of the book, partly to share with my own team, but mostly because there's only so much I can absorb listening when I'm driving. I need to read the book again and take notes.

This book influenced me so much that I started doing some of his ideas even before I finished the book (like texting key clients and friends to encourage them and to make them raving fans.) I've personally gone from being someone privileged to be acquainted with Scott to being a Scott Wozniak Raving Fan.

Run, don’t walk to get this one. Building a customer engine is transformational, and the author gives a play-by-play on how to do it. Bought the hardcover as well for continued reference on the coming years.
