First two chapters aren’t correct
I was surprised when I started listening to this book. I thought it was mis-labeled because the first two chapters were about the health benefits of eating a plant-based diet. The third chapter and following chapters were correct and somewhat helpful in education regarding mushrooms and pop psilocybin, so it wasn’t a full loss. But there is a reference to something mentioned in the introduction, which I totally missed out on.
