horrible voiceover

the guy literally burps while reading, and has ridiculous inflections and pauses in the middle of sentences

Some books are just not made for listening

This is one. I was hoping for a lively and engaging introduction to Machine Learning, but it is possible the subject itself does not allow for this. At least this book does not fit that bill.

I imagine if I sat down with a hard copy and a highlighter and followed up with web searches on certain formulas and concepts mentioned in the book I might feel different.

Again, it is not that I think the book is bad, I just feel for audio books, it does not fit the bill. Also, having a sense of humor, I actually loved the 'human' blemishes in the reading of the book, but as others have said, it can detract.

Great book of machine learning!

Hands-down the best audiobook on AI I have perused to date and I have three different audiobooks. Not exclusively does the primary portion of the book give you a pleasant outline of the significant ML procedures, however the subsequent half represents how to actualize a large number of these in Tensor Flow. The creator has an extremely clear style. It has just assisted with the upgrade of my neural field model.

Well written by author

This is the first Machine Learning book I’ve read that didn’t rocket right past me in the third chapter.
