Lots of unexpected in Lover Unveiled

Lover Unveiled was secrets unveiled. I and other readers will finally know about the coffins in the garage. WOOZERS!! The author has done it again. I was sucked into the story. What a rush!!!!

If I could do a creep rating; Lover Unveiled is off the charts. Devina is back and wicked as ever. She is searching for love in all the wrong ways. The book is back giving some hopes and creating fears in the rest.

Mae is one living on a hope and a book. Desperate times mean desperate measures. Desperate times means lots and lots of drama.

Of course it wouldn't be BDB book without a romance. Mae needs a protector. She finds one in Sahvage. I would love to share his history but I can't. I could not do his character justice. Reading about him will be so much better. Trying to figure him out is the bomb.

Oh My!!! The teasers in the epilogue will have the reader pacing until the next book, and the next. I can't begin to imagine what JR Ward is cooking up in that head of hers but I can't wait to read all about it.

what a ride!

Classic JR Ward...with twist & turns, & hot & steamy...this book was a new adventure that brought some fresh storylines to the brotherhood! Just loved it!

Yes...this is a setup book, where she brings in new characters, and establishes some minor ones who will be important later, and she leaves us hanging...but that is what good writing is...the thrill of discovery!! I can't wait to discover what adventures await us in the next book!

Btw, Jim has been cemented as the BDB narrator! He brought the brothers back to life! What a treat!

One of the best

This is one of the best books yet.. I've read most if not all in this series and I have to say this was funny, scary, thrilling, drama filled it had it all. It made me want to read the angel series. and I'm no angel genre fan in general. Of course the narrator is the best for this series. I think I may read this as well as listen to it a few more times.

She's Done it Again, and I'm Screaming!

It feels like I've waited decades for Lover Unveiled, and it did not disappoint! I associate Jim Frangione's voice with each of these wonderful BDB characters, so it would have broken my heart had another narrator read this latest installment. Jim did his usual, incredible performance, bringing all my fav characters to life. Yes, you'll get to experience Wrath, Vishous, Rhage, and many others again as you meet the latest brother, Sahvage. The climatic ending is going to thrill you and frustrate you as Ward sets up future storylines that you want right now!
Speaking of Ward, please excuse me while I address her. Please oh great one, the writer known as J. R. Ward, I am begging you, please don't make us wait another year for Lassiter's story! I can't take it!
Ok, back to you, the prospective buyer. I realize my pitiful review has given no summary, no great literary critique, but come on! It's J. R. Ward. It's the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Do you really need my opinion to help you decide? Buy it, read it, and hold on for a wild, wild ride!

Savage.....great story..but it reads as if you are holding back on their personalities Savage Rhevenge & BDB ...which isn't fair, let em fly .. Then there is Balthazar ❣, his story will be worth the wait... I know it will,

I am an avid fan and reader of J.R. Ward, from the first BDB book, novellas, writing as herself J. Bird...
l luv the snark of Vischous..true . & OmyGawd,..Butch...they are two of my favorite characters.... DO NOT change the characters because "some people are afraid of other people"
Bring on the subplots & gangsta talk.....the intrigue of Savage's sister with the Fallen Angel.....oh my

Lover Unveiled

This book was absolutely fantastic. All of the twists and mystery will keep you on the edge of your seat. The Narrator is FABULOUS. he brings this book to life in a way that you feel like you are right their in the story. Amazing

Spectacular Story!

I simply adore this book! JR Ward has given us a story full of wonderfully complex characters engaged in stunning scenarios that intertwine to form a thrilling conclusion. Superb narration by Jim Frangione transports us right into the story and makes us part of it. I can't wait for the next book. I very, very highly recommend this book.
