Dark and twisted

Sebastian York and Lucy Rivers were incredible in this narration I could not get enough. I can't put this series down, the electric current that feels like it is going through the pages as Kallum and Halen sift through all the information and crime scenes. The information is overloaded and incredible with its facts and the suspense is foreboding and full of twisted aspects. The story will keep you on your toes just when you think you might have an idea of what is going on you are thrown another twist. The sexual tension is palpable while Halen starts to remember the past and what truly happened with Kallum. Kallum is possessive, protective and will do anything for Halen. Trisha Wolfe really pulls you into this story and gives you an adventure while it is dark and full of plot twists, steam and characters you can't help but be enthralled with. Then you get another crazy twist that leaves your mouth hanging making you dive right into the next book. I can't wait to see how this story unfolds in the last book.

Dark romance meets psychological thriller.

I honestly didn’t know what I was walking into with this series but wow — I am speechless and also my head hurt more than one time.

Narrated in duet by Lucy Rivers and Sebastian York (and they absolutely nailed it).

The story pulled me into the twisted, intimate battle between Halen — a brilliant, scarred forensic psychologist — and Kallum Locke, a dangerously alluring philosophy professor and sociopath, in a town full of secrets, two serial killers with occult philosophies on the run and their obsessions.
But you have to question everything… even the ending left my mind reeling.

Just as good as the first!

The twists in this book is mindblowing!! Can't wait to start the next one!! Thr narrators knocked this telling out of the park!! The book keeps you engaged throughout!

Book 2 was just as good as book 1.

Book 2 was just as good as book 1. Part of the mystery is solved and they come together as meant. Part 3 will be the conclusion.

Cliff hanger

The end of this made me need to read the next, I need to know what happens next. The story was so good and drew me in even after I’d have to stop listening .
