Great Sweet Story

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. TJ is a basketball player and single dad to Rose and April is a school teacher, when they meet they have an instant chemistry. This is a sweet and funny story. Narrator Marshall R. Treat does a great job bringing the story to life.

enjoyable short sports single dad romance

A beautifully written story about a single dad back to his hometown after playing basketball. Enjoyed following his ups and down in the wonderful read. A great ending to this sexy sports story which includes great witty back and forth banter. Beautifully narrated really bringing the story to life.

Sweet story

Single dad, TJ, is a basketball player who is trying out for a team. He is having a picnic in the park with his daughter Rose, when he literally runs into school teacher, April. They have an instant chemistry, love at first sight.

She agrees to go out with him on a date. As they date more, April asks to meet TJ's daughter, but he's not sure and thinks it's too soon.

Will TJ get signed to be on the team allowing him to stick around? Will April & Rose find a connection with one another?

I liked the story between TJ & April, but found their character's maturity level seemed more like high school kids than adults. But overall liked the story concept itself.

OMG...A must read

from the moment the audio started I knew I was going to love this book.
the back and forth texting after TJ and April met was so refreshing, the chemistry.... wow. why couldn't have been me?..😂😂😂
enjoyed the story TJ's brother Ben told about him begging a Satan Worshiper....I laugh through the retelling .....[does Ben has his own story? )
p.s. Protein Bars does taste like chalk, it's an acquired taste, once you get use rho it you're good.
Wheat Wheat grass (not)....maybe I'll try it sometime...but I'm allergy to cut grass.

Again fantastic book.

Super sweet read

TJ is a great basketball player who was burned by his little girls mother when she just took off cause she couldn't handle motherhood. This left TJ the sole caregiver for his little girl Rose. He moves back to the states from europe and bumps into school teacher April who immediately steals his heart with her quick wit and charming personality! But he keeps holding something back because of his ex and the way she hurt him. But in the end TJ comes to his senses and makes things right with April. This is such a cute sweet read with a bit of sexy spice to make this one of my favorite spring reads this year.

This is a quick romance about an NBA bound single father who's afraid to fall in love again and the sweet teacher he meets.
Standalone with no cliffhangers.

Super sweet and funny story. Loved little Rose and what a great Dad TJ is. Great performance by Marshall R Treat.

Cringy and Super short

The story plot and dialogue was how I can best describe as cringy. The narrators "woman" POV voice work was seriously lacking. The story is super short thank God as I didn't have to continue listening to it.
