Another amazing book

Gah! Parker and Ronan are so sweet and perfect.. This author never misses the mark with a moving, amazing book. I have loved Ronan and Parker from their first introduction as husbands and friends. I was amazing to see their early relationship and their strength. And poor Jonas. He is so uncertain and afraid of life. This author has such an amazing way of crafting characters and developing such a worthwhile story. I also love this narrator. A good combo and highly recommended!

Love this Series

I absolutely LOVE this series and this book didn't disappoint. We've met both Parker and Ronan in the previous books. They are now married. When Jonas comes to town because of his father things start to change on how he feels about changing things in the town. Parker & Ronan are both attracted to Jonas and they have a threesome with Jonas moving in with them after he has to go back home to settle things after his father is no longer able to run the business. I can't wait for the next book.

Nick does a fantastic job narrating the story.

Liked and surprised

I was not expecting this story to go the way it did. I was really expecting a love story between Parker and Ronan. So when Jonas came into the picture it threw me a bit.

I didn’t mind the trifecta romance but it took me a minute to get my head straightened after expecting the other.

The narration was good, though with the three heroes I got a little confused in places but nothing that deterred me from listening.

Not my favorite from the series but I did enjoy it!

Great Listen

I enjoyed the book and dove right in for the narration. I wasn’t familiar with this narrator but it was great. I could get lost in the storyline and just enjoy it coming to life.

Polyamorous monogamy

If you like storylines about polyamorous triads, you might like this book. Overall the plot is fairly decent- a solidly committed married couple adding a committed third to their family. If you’ve read the other books in this series, this book seems to cover much of what you already know about the young life of the two mc’s but with more details. I had a difficult time with this book because the first 8 or so chapters focus on early life of the main couple, then BAM there is an entire long detailed chapter about the childhood of a brand new character who seems to have nothing to do with the first part of the book. There was no segue at all and because I was listening to audio vs reading I literally checked twice to see if perhaps I accidentally switched books. This was probably the worst introduction of a new character I’ve ever read. I’ve noticed with this series that Lindsey switches between past and present events and the transitions are sometimes abrupt. I give the book 4 stars because despite the disjointed way the first half is presented, the second half of the book seems much smoother than the first and the plot is decent.
