What are the "subliminal messages" in this?
The music is pleasant, and I can catch the sound of a voice in the background. But I would really like to know what the subliminal messages are that are being spoken under the music. I have searched but cannot find them anywhere. They are so quiet, I wonder how they can register in my brain. A response would be greatly appreciated! Then I can change my review to 5 stars.

Ummm.....No!!!
This is a 'book' of music. The so-called 'affirmations' can not be heard. I put on headphones and could barely pick out a voice buried deep in the background. This is just hours of elevator music that I found soothing but touting this book as having any type of speaking is false advertising. Avoid the batch 5-star reviews posted the same day by and read the real reviews.
