The Saga of the Beast was an excellent and immersive story. You really feel like a Space Wolf listening to the Saga of Ragnar.

I'm about a year into reading and listening to 40k I've heard all space wolf series and I know ragnar was older in saga of the beast but he acts way less serious in this book. is it just the voice acting

ragnars character

The last battle between Ragnar and Ghazghul was Epic. Great voice actors in that story. Enjoyed listening to it and will recommend to my friends.

Love the sound effects and voice actors were great! Really fun stories. I particularly liked that some were done purely via conversation and self reflection. But, my favorite was probably the Thunderwolf calv or joint operation with the dark angels.

Great audio show format.

This is a must listen just for thunder of fenris short story alone. One the best Space wolf stories . Performance was alright , and some of the sound effects were more of a distraction than adding to the story.

Solid collection

The radio show style presentation was interesting, but it lacked the details you’d normally get with a reader. The stories and voices were superb and while I did enjoy the sound effects, I missed the detail authors use to paint their stories. Not a book for someone new to 40k. Without the details normally associated with a book read, you’d miss a lot on understanding the characters. Still, great performance and great stories.
