This story is so different! instead of having a super powered offensive capability like most hero books, it's the journey of an appraiser who through hard work and resolute defiance of the status quo becomes more than what anyone could imagine.

Once more wish there was more

Binged the entire thing in two sittings as it was that entertaining. As always with there was more and more happened but it was fun. 5 books in and just part way through year one? Feels like it will take 20 books to get to year 3.

Now enjoying the series aside, by all that is holy the MCs new outfit is stupid looking. It sounds like what a Nepolean reject would wear. Something some bad fashion designer would make for fashion week. One of those ultra dumb outfit that designers think look
amazing but everyone else thinks looks moronic. Like the pirate army nepoelan reject. How everyone didnt start laughing at the MC and telling him he looked like some fop prat British noble is beyond me. Epaulets and a half Cape really? How hideously dumb. Like that is the sort of stuck up stupid that makes you want to shocllove thier head in a toilet. Just...no. Such, such bad fashion taste in this book.

The Best Yet

If you've read up to book 5 then you know why this is a great series and you're probably just as excited and happy with this as I am. If you're on book 4 and haven't decided yet, then what are you waiting for?

Another good entry in the series

A bit less exciting than other ones but understandable at this part in the story line. Great exit from reality.

Take all the stars

I wish I had a more helpful review for you but right now all I can say is I love this series and it needed 5 stars immediately. Only downside is having to wait for more.
