This book gave me some great tips on storing memories. If you want to know how to learn the right way then you should listen this guide. I always thought I had a bad memory and this is a great foundation to teach all of us that our memory can be amazing if we learn the proper ways to use it. the cadence of the narrator is extremely slow. I bought the book on accident looking for another similarly titled book. overall the infromation is good and applicable.
