Helps with motivation

Helps to get you more curious and motivated to learn Spanish. Doesn't teach you Spanish, just makes you want to learn and practice, which I think is great and needed if you want to become fluent and are serious about getting disciplined.

Not a single word of Spanish at all in this book!!

This book is nothing but a fluffy, new age motivational speech and hypnosis session. This lasts for about 20 minutes and basically repeats the same thing over and over. And then the rest of the book is just meditation/hypnosis music. There is absolutely NO Spanish spoken whatsoever in this book at all. It is absolutely pointless. If I could give a book zero stars, I would give it to this book.

Ripoff

Nothing about learning Spanish, only meditation music. I thought there would be something useful to help learn Spanish but was extremely disappointed. The author could have called it learn Rocket Science or Brain Surgery with meditation, as it is only music and rips off the buyer.
