I love these short bedtime guided meditations

I love these short bedtime guided meditations. They put my kids to sleep every night. They are slow and relaxing with meditative background music. The female voice asks the kids to imagine a path through a forest, or a walk along a beach, or other peaceful scenes. There is always a "worry place" along the way for them to let go of their worries and leave them behind as they walk along the path. It works every time. It almost works on me when I'm in the room.

.This is so good. My reluctant to sleep children are happy to listen to this and are asleep before the end of the chosen track. Each of the 3 tracks are just over 15min and are amazingly effective. Christiane has a soothing voice that I could listen to for hours, if I didn't also fall asleep!

My kids love it

My kids love it and ask for it weekly! the journey is nice and I really like that there are three on this track so it helps them on harder nights too.

Calm and nice music

I have been been listening to this every night and is very helpful to get me to sleep. Calm and nice music in the background. Five stars i recommend it for anyone who has sleeping problems.

We've been listening to these for years. My kids love them so much- they're relaxing and interesting at the same time. Very grounded imagery with beautiful background music. We've tried a LOT of different meditations for kids and these are by far the best.
