One Omega, four Alphas, their pact....

I may be an Omega, but that won’t stop me making my own way in life. I've fought for my place at this elite college despite my background, my designation, and a family who thinks I can't make it on my own. I'm determined I won’t end up as a play thing for some Alpha.

But when I catch the eye of The Crew—rich, entitled, and insanely hot—I’m slowly seduced by a new world of pleasure and passion. A world I never knew existed.

Soon, I’m the toy for a whole pack of Alphas.

All but one.

And in this pack it’s all for one, and one for all. That’s the pact. If he doesn’t want me, I can never be theirs.

And I’m beginning to realize that being theirs is exactly what I want.

If you love the sauciness and steam of omegaverse with the sweetness of contemporary romance, heroes with hard shells and soft interiors, and heroines who fight for what they want, you’ll love Hannah Haze’s soft and steamy books—omegaverse set in our world. This novel is a stand-alone with happy ending guaranteed .

I’m not going to say anything about the story, it wasn’t the best or the worst. But as a British listener some of the British accents really made me cringe. especially Rosie and Olly, not the easiest to listen to, and detracted from the story. Better to read this one, not listen.

Typical Omegaverse Fayre

I hate leaving anything less than a 5 star review. I understand the work put into writing a book, and getting it published so leaving a bad review hurts me. I am sure this book is perfect for others, just not for me.

This is written as a college setting and I felt like the characters were portrayed as 30 year olds already tired of life. By the time I got to chapter 6 I realized I could not make myself like the book. It was very dry, I am not sure if that is because of the story line or how the narrators portrayed it.

Not my cup of tea.

This story is absolutely wonderful! It is beautifully written and the voice actors are absolutely give a preform of a life time! I can’t wait to read more from Hannah!!!!!

Wow…. Just wow!

NARRATION:
The Casting Director hit a home run with Christopher Boucher and Sierra Taft. They both excelled at giving each character his or her own voice. I fell in love with In Deep when it was released in print. Living up to a fan's expectations isn't easy, but both Christopher and Sierra did it with flying colors.

My favorite narration style is the male actor voicing the male characters each time they speak and the female voicing the female characters, in a conversational style. This audio book was performed that way, which is a big plus in my opinion.

BOOK:
I love a book that jumps into the heart of the story right away and In Deep hits the ground running.

What can an omega do? Rosie's life has been filled with everyone telling her what she can't do. "They’ve been telling me since I was a little girl what an omega can and can’t do. Where they do and don’t belong. What they can and can’t be. An omega can’t be an astronaut. A rocket scientist. Alone."

She wants more though. Forget the frail omega; Rosie's not a damsel in distress. She's smart, driven, motivated and determined to reach her goals. I love her strength and independence.

Of course, The Crew are all amazing men. Yes, alpha-licious, plus each of the distinct individuals is smart and driven in his own way. I found the four of them easy to keep separate in my head. It was not only because their personality traits and physical differences are so well described, but also because of how each one is introduced. You'll fall in love with cheeky and fun Zane, sensitive and quiet Duncan, stunningly beautiful Ollie and intense and serious Seb.

Oh mama, the steam is off the charts. Beware of spontaneous combustion!🔥

I love this book and it's In With the Pack omegaverse world. I HIGHLY recommend reading In Deep; I've already read it twice and now I've listened to it as well. I know I will listen to this Audible recording over and over. 😉

Alpha-licious Men and a Delicious Omega

Sierra Taft’s continual shifts in accents - particularly with Rosie’s bff - was the most entertaining part of this story. She goes from an off Brit intonation to French to …South African? It’s absolutely the best part of this story.

I get that this new omegaverse/sweetverse style is a recycled “fated mate” trope, but this was still too cheesy. It only takes one “heat” to turn this headstrong, independent omega into a whiny hot mess. The important unresolved issues with the one alpha who’s holding out…because there’s ALWAYS the one…completely dissolves once they bang it out.

And the “steamy” parts? I think they’d be fine with another female narrator. They’re just creepy with this one.

If you like omega/sweetverse stuff, I’d say get the book instead. I wish I hadn’t lost the credit on the audiobook version.
