I love the Slate City series, its top tier OV reading and have reread them multiple times. The narrators of this story bring to life all the feels and emotions of the story. Loved listening to every second of this book.

I love the story but hate this voice actor

So I was super excited to find this series on the audiobook thing but omg back to back with this chick is too much. She elongates and longs for weird parts. Like I love when voice actors put themselves in it and act but she can only do one voice act and does it for everything all the time. I don’t even know if I can finish this bc I’m already done listening to the same weird crap every single chapter. I keep longing for the guys POV so I get a break from her. If she reads the third I won’t buy it bc I was already kind of not into that book or it’s my least favorite in the series and definitely won’t waste money just to listen to her read it and ruin it more. I will even be making sure I listen to none of her books from now on. The story is definitely worth it and the dude seems cool, we don’t really get much of him since they don’t have him read the male parts during the girls POV. But those chapters are good. She’s just keeps longing for everything and it’s so annoying like no reason to long for everything in every chapter, a few times it would work but since it’s overdone it’s annoying even then. Now I’m repeating things too but I swear I just can’t with it, I’m going to speed it up and get this book over with so I can move on to another book. I even checked to made sure this actor didn’t read the other Omegeverse books I bought on Audible, that’s how much I’m done with her.

Not only hot hot hot but the emotional energy

Wow ok so KNot just a sexy book with amazing story behind them but the journey the FMC goes through is min blowing and so good . One thing I will say I was not ready for the first epilogue I bawled my eyes out. Standing ovation 👏🏼

Good book but shouldn't be this long

I am not even done yet and I'm so annoyed with her voice she whines way to much and I have stopped this book several times just to read something else. First book was amazing but this one is just dragging and I hate her whining!
