Was it my favorite no but it was good the end is where things started to get moving felt like the beginning dragged on for a while. But I will get the next one to see where things go maybe they will finally get together love hate thing lol

dangerously exceptional
This was my first story here on audible and I can only say I crave for more. I listened to this while playing a game and I could barely stop because of the story I listened to while I played. The narrator was engaging, emotional, and articulate. Where the story came in, it was exotic and the romance was realistic yet undeniably attractive with full of fantasy. Not to mention a bonus of mystery and death. Readers beware there are consequences if you enter this world, you may never come back out. 😉 "As above and so below"

Brilliant!
The world and culture building were excellent! The only reason it’s not fully 5 stars is because of the low romance factor, a slow burn that never burned really. Anyhoo can’t wait for the next one!

Was super into it…until the end
I went back and forth on this one due to the hype. I was pleasantly surprised! Until the last 10ish chapters. It just all felt very rushed and nonsensical in a lot of parts. But will I read book 2? Absolutely.

This narration is everything!
First off, this was an extremely genius narration. The performance was amazing. The story was also well crafted and gripping from the start. I thought I could relax; listening to this story, but I was tense the entire time. So glad I can dive into part two immediately!
