Publisher's summary

From the number one New York Times best-selling author of the Stalking Jack the Ripper series comes the steamy conclusion to Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy.

Two curses.

One prophecy.

A reckoning all have feared.

And a love more powerful than fate. All hail the king and queen of Hell.

Emilia is reeling from the shocking discovery that her twin sister, Vittoria, is alive. But before she faces the demons of her past, Emilia yearns to claim her king, the seductive Prince of Wrath, in the flesh. Emilia doesn’t simply desire his body, she wants his heart and soul—but that’s something the enigmatic demon can’t promise her.

When a high-ranking member of House Greed is assassinated, Emilia and Wrath are drawn to the rival demon court. Damning evidence points to Vittoria as the murderer, and she’s quickly declared an enemy of the Seven Circles. Despite her betrayal, Emilia will do anything to solve this new mystery and find out who her sister really is.

Together Emilia and Wrath play a sin-fueled game of deception as they work to stop the unrest that’s brewing between witches, demons, shape-shifters, and the most treacherous foes of all: the Feared.

Emilia was warned that when it came to the Wicked nothing was as it seemed. But have the true villains been much closer all along? When the truth is finally revealed, it just might end up costing Emilia her heart.

Completely immersive!

What an amazing finish to a trilogy! The sound production including voice effects and music was very artfully done and added an extra layer to the storyline. I was completely immersed at all times. I'm really hoping the author does some offshoot books with the other characters included in the series!

An intense series that captures you

The whole trilogy was amazing but this book had twists and turns that i truly was not expecting. This book made me laugh, cry, and just sit in stunned silence. I have listened to the first two books over a dozen times each trying to find clues about this book. Some of my theories were confirmed. I have some unanswered questions but maybe if we are really lucky, Kerri Maniscalco will pen a spin off about the Prince of Pride and his story with his wife and whether or not he has a future with another.

SOO FRICKEN GOOD

sooo good!! The ending left me whole and so happy! and also left the author open to write more books if she wanted! I was excited about this series, then saddened and only the audiobooks kept me going thru book one. but I pushed on and am so happy. I love the twins and Wrath and all of the princes of Sin. ❤️

Great story made even better by an amazing narrator!

Such a good story. I listened to the entire series in 3 days. And it had some of my favorite tropes. Enemies to lovers. Forced close proximity. The chosen one. The dark lord. Secret heir. And Wrath is just so dark and sweet to the MC.

Best one of the three

This book was much better than the first two where I just wanted to strangle the female lead character and had an awesome ending. I’m glad I stuck it out. Great voice actor too!

Great production and narration

This book definitely answers all the questions that were raised in the previous installments, and it kept my interest from the storyline perspective. I think it was the romance that took it down a star for me. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it was the lack of tension in this one? They were very sweet, which is lovely, but it also got a little…boring? Even the spice scenes were a little bland. I really did enjoy the world this author created for these books. I also really enjoyed a lot of the supporting characters. (I definitely see a potential spin-off coming, which I will probably also read). It was a good conclusion, but not quite 5 stars for me.
