great book!

This book was very interesting and had a great story. You only problem was that I got a little bit slow in the beginning but then it got more interesting. Overall I am going to say it was a great book.

A very sweet and entertaining story

The Vanderbeekers of 141st street is a sweet story with slight adventure and real feelings. My sister and listened to it via audio, and I feel it's directed towards a younger audience, say 2nd to 5th graders. The story was cute; with a few unexpected twists, while all the while sticking to the main theme: one family joined together by the near loss of their beloved home. I would definitely recommend giving this story a go.
