I love how it is unbiased, informative (in a subjective and educational way) and provides plenty of details to supply you with the information you need to find what works for you. It breaks down the process your body goes through when digesting different foods, how they affect you, different ways you can adjust things etc

Excellent book - has all the information for starting on Keto and continuing on a healthy path using what works for you. This book really has it all. There are basic instructions on how to do the very classic keto all the way through to her fat fueled plans.

What an amazing book. There's so much information, it's clearly laid out and crammed full of ideas and tips. All the recipes have photo's, metric measurement conversions, nutrient information, macro ratios. I loved this one!!
