I really needed more
I was glad that their story was drawn out with describing the walls and carpet but I wanted it to have a little more depth. Especially considering what we (those who listened to book one), already know about the characters. My love for love is why I rated so high. The narrators did a great job as well.

It was Okay
I struggled with the story. I didn't understand why 3 years passed and neither one of them told each other how they felt. I also felt the story was dragged out with extra wording. I also didn't understand the anger that came from Jasiel instead of acting like a man. I just felt this could have been better.

Refreshingly to the point!
Unlike most books that drag out a plot for 12 hours or more this 1 got down to the nitty gritty and damn it, it hit that g-spot time and time again then it was done!

Fun read!
The male narrator had a really nice voice, however he was having trouble pronouncing some of the names and they sounded different from what the female narrator was saying, so tat was my only critique. I really enjoyed this story and I wish it was longer, but I was glad to see the two of them together and moving forward with their lives.

Low energy
I overall story was good for a series. The female narrator’s energy was mundane. It was as if she was just reading and she didn’t embrace the character. It was enough to make me quit listening to the book but I’m hesitant to listen to part 3 if she’s narrating.

Not another tale of cat & mouse
Narrators were great. Just enough emotion to help capture the characters. After reading the summary, I was concerned that most of the story would be about a drawn out cat & mouse tale. NOPE! The right amount of time spent on two people realizing they have been wasting precious time. Truly enjoyed peeking into the lives of the Evans & the Washingtons.
