I enjoyed the book but the female made it hard to believe she was that girl!

Loved

This book was hands down the most stressful one so far. The baby mama worked my nerves the entire book 😭. But I absolutely loved the FMC and MC as a couple. Their chemistry was everything, and I loved that they’re both low-key unhinged… but you’d never know it just by looking at them. That contrast made it even better.

The narrators truly brought this story to life. I’m so glad I chose to experience it through audio—it felt less like reading and more like watching a really good show or movie.

Unhinged love

I'm convinced that anybody with DeCorte blood is crazy. Givens and Mercy deserved love. She absolutely loved his daughter and her family really embraced her. It is so sad that the baby momma was so pathetic. She messed with the wrong family. Krude is still my favorite in the family😍

Another great read from Aubry J

I absolutely love love love the storylines of the whole DeCorte’ klan and their extensions. Mercy and Givens are 2 of my favs. I read the book before the audio came out. The narration of the audio was good. The only problem I had was the male narrator calling the BM, Shay (which I think is the correct pronunciation) & the female narrator saying Shy. Also the female narrator saying "nigha".🤷🏽‍♀️ However none of that took anything away from the storyline. GREAT BOOK!!
