Very Little Information, No Solutions or Direction

Summary of the book: Some people need iodine, so don't. Not enough iodine will make you sick, too much iodine will make you sick. Lots of people are iodine deficient, but you may not be.
Thos book was total waste of my time and money.

Didn't find the information as good as other sources. And thought some was conflicting information.
