such an easy read! I loved that there were actual meal plans and so many examples of healthy options. the examples of eating Windows and snack were awsome too. I would highly recommend this book!

Not an informing book

Found these book really tedious, it was like the narrator was reading from a long list and that was the entirety of the book. As if it was all bullet points. Saying something is great is not the same as explaining why and that’s what I would have expected from this book.
