This audio book was very helpful in understanding how fasting actually works. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I enjoyed listening it and the message resonated with me. The audio book is well-audio and has a good explanation and recipes. I recommend it.

Excellent explanation of the science of fasting backed up with reference to research. Multiple approaches allow the reader to adjust to indict all needs. Appreciate suggested time lines and recipes to start.
