There be monsters out there. This is the story of one of worst. But trumping all are those who were robbed of life.

Shocking, Vial, Gross, sad are some of the words I think of thinking of this book. I just can’t believe how this monster was let go so many times.

Truly a sick man

Another example of poor legal and health system as a total psychopath is mishandled and innocent children die because of a failed system with no one held responsible.
