Disappointing performance of a great story.

Mr. Doyle is a fabulous narrator but he fell way short on this one. His voices, which have held true through every other book changed in this one. orik and nar gargvag were so much alike I confused them at one point. It is like a fly buzzing in my ear at times. Elva is another one that is just obnoxious. These are nit picky complaints and don't ruin the whole thing for me but do make it difficult. overall I love this book I read it first and only just got it on audible so I knew what I was getting into before I bought it. It does get long winded at times.

I felt like the narration exacerbated some of the over the top dialogue. Reading the novels it is easy to lose yourself in the emotion of the events and understand the anger and desperation. Somehow, hearing it read aloud just makes it seem absurd and took me out of the story.

An absolutely awesome conclusion

Inheritance is an absolute awesome conclusion to an incredible series. Narrated by Gerard Doyle, the story takes us all the way Galbatorix's castle where Eragon, Saphira, Fantastic, Shruikan, Murtagh and Thorn have an incredible confrontation which will leave the world of Alagaesia spellbound.

so many tears, laughter, anger, and joy. so many emotions, and very well presented. the ending was not rushed, ignore the haters.

Such a great ending!!

It was a great ending to a amazing series! I will miss these characters so much and really hope some day we will get to see them again. Because I feel there is more to the story for Eragon and his friends!
