This book will take you on a ride of emotions. Maggie is magic. I cried while reading this book. The only other book that got me this much was Ruthless Strangers(Maskim) but Gianna is right there also. Cara is his ♥️ HEART! He will stop at nothing to protect and show Cara that he loves and wants only her! If you want a book that will keep you on the edge of your set and also make you fall in love…. Well this is the book for you. . This is on the must reads of 2022 and the Narrator is awesome. So dark and sexy.

Maggie has wowed me again with this entertaining, well-written rollercoaster about Gianni Marino who gets a slim chance to get back and protect the woman he’s always forsaken.. yet desperately loves. And also to brutally put an end to the dangerous enemy before he strikes out at his woman again.

Over the decades since High School, Cara has off and on dated and waited for Italian Mafia son Gianni Marino to stop dropping her and callously walking away whenever the urge hits.. or when ‘business’ calls.. or when countless other women end up on his arm and in his bed. At 41 she's given up hope and turns to another.. despite Gianni’s bitter warnings that the man is a villain, dangerous and no good. But, when Cara ends up being manhandled, stripped and ruthlessly sold, it's a bit too late to realizes Gianni was right. Captivating and Emotional

Immoral is dark and edgy with plenty of action, drama, and passion. Cara and Gianni were hot together!! I love how strong and independent Cara is, she is the perfect match for the dark, dangerous and possessive Gianni. Their journey to HEA is intense, heart wrenching, raw and emotional. Aaron Shedkick and Stella Hunter were amazing at bringing this story to life. Loved it!!!

I’m loving this series

I am absolutely loving this series. It draws you in, and keeps you hooked. The characters are amazing. These stories just keep getting more intense. And these narrators did an absolutely incredible job bringing Gianni and Cara to life.

Better than the first one

Although I liked the story of Dante and Bridget, the story of Gianni and Cara was more intense and steamy.
If you’re not into dark romance you shouldn’t read this. There are trigger warnings. Otherwise, put this on your list and read it! It’s amazing.

I think I found a new drinking game

Not for the faint of heart……if you are anything like me and you almost live in your book world (I love the escape) then you will know that from time to time you read a book where a word is repeated so many times that you want to shove that word down someone’s throat. Me personally I have decided to make it fun. So when I notice a word is said a lot, at least 20-30 times in the first hour or so I make it a game. How many times in this book did she use the word “sniff”? Did this guy have a cocaine habit i wasn’t aware of??? Ha ha…I mean it was said before he spoke every single sentence. I sniff blah blah blah. I don’t think people go around making a sniffing sound before they speak unless they have a cold or a drug habit. Now I need to go back and count while sober because it was said hundreds of times and I was never going to make it. Good luck! Maybe trying sipping the drink each time.

Completely captivating!

I love this authors story telling! I was only thrown off by the way the two voice actors say the main characters name differently.

Dark Mafia Romance

Immoral by Maggie Cole is a dark mafia romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter. This is the second book in the Mafia Wars New York series.

I absolutely love Maggie's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Gianni and Cara. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Crazed to be released on June 15, 2022 so I can get Katiya and Massimo's story.

Aaron and Stella did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like dark romances, mafia romances, second chance romances, or romantic suspense.
