My Boss the Billionaire by Maggie Cole is an enemies-to-lovers billionaire romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter. This is the first book in the It's Complicated series and can be read as a stand-alone.

I absolutely love Maggie's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Piper and Noah. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Forgotten by the Billionaire so I can get Xander and Charlotte's story.

Aaron and Stella did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like billionaire romances, enemies-to-lovers romances, or contemporary romances.

Confusing h…

This h was so confusing. Her thought was like” I regret for sleeping” with the H. Then she had no problem with having sex again! She kept threatening to turn the H in for sexual conduct. The back and forth was too much! Then she continues to say it “ won’t” happen again. The next thing you know it, she’s having sex with him. She supposed to be in high level position. Her actions were dumb. She was soo easy! After a few chapters on, I gave up. This was all sex. Theres no storyline. I’m done with this series. I have four stars for Arron. Female was ok.

I Am Fairly New To This Author Though Must Say Am Very Impressed With The Writing Style Story Line And Fantastic Characters!! Narration Is Spot On Perfection!!

Unfortunately this one is not my favorite in this series and don't get me wrong the story is not bad but an over dramatic FC.

I get it why she might not put all her trust in Noah but the whole Piper needed to know everything and not her sharing "secrets" and how pushy she was... somewhat bothered me and her wanting him to be a ahole so she wouldn't get attached and him being ok with it because  he thought that's  what she really wanted 🙄 I wanted to slap both of them and tell them to get their stuff together 😅

Overall was a good story is angsty,  sad, sweet and steamy.
Stella and Aaron brought this story to life and they are absolutely fantastic together ❤️

Romance with some heat

This was a perfect amount of romance and heat. Piper and Noah are both great characters and it’s nice to read about a female who is praised for her brains, not just her body.
