Publisher's Summary

Dom Moretti. Former mafia hitman. God's gift to women. Brilliant lawyer.

Those were just a few reasons why I hated Dom in law school.

Tonight...I hate his panty-melting stare, his wicked smile, and that loose-hip stride of his. I hate the way his biceps stretch the sleeves of his tailored suit. I hate that after two years, I can't stop thinking about the almost kiss in the library.

So when he sits at my bar, acting like he doesn't remember me, I do what any woman would've done in my position. I agree to a midnight hookup with the great Dom Moretti.

Ignite You is a steamy, slow-burn mafia romance that can be listen as a standalone. It is book one in the Cole Brothers series. Previously released as Love Over Logic.

SUSPENSEFUL ❤️DRIVEN ROLLERCOASTER WITH MAFIA TIES

It’s my first time with this author but the book blurb intrigued me so I took a chance.. and I’m so so glad I did because this suspenseful story packed quite a hefty heartfelt punch as it gave Emilia Prato and Dom Moretti a second chance for firsts. In Law School both were very attracted to the other but both of them were under a misguided belief of the other’s characters and both decided to stay away.. or did they? Now, five years later, both are successful Lawyers.. but Emilia is posing as a bartender - chasing secrets, fulfilling her need for revenge and stirring a hornet’s nest. However, when her handsome dangerously sexy Law School crush walks back into the Bar for the third time a flirts with no recognition, Emilia decides to an after hours hookup.. and that decision will change her life forever. Well, that is if they live through the bullets shattering the glass all around them.. so all Emilia can do is duck and cling on to Dom - but is he her saviour.. or her worst nightmare? Because both of them come with a truckload of baggage and problems.. Mafia/Cartel no way out dangerous problems. This thrilling story totally caught me be surprise as I mentally shrugged with skeptical pre-listen thoughts of “meh maybe it’ll be ok”. But it was way way passed ‘just ok’.. it was exciting, entertaining, climactic and so damn good as the well-paced rollercoaster hummed with action-packed seismic attraction, angst, emotional dilemmas, twist and turns, strings, danger, sex and feels. The entwined drama in Emilia and Dom’s honorable lives ebbs and flows as the past few years tragic events in both their pasts unfold and are deep-rooted in the Mafia/Cartel World. And their universes crash and collide while they each think they’ve come up with the perfect selfless plan.. but Fate and Destiny just sat back, popped the corn and gleefully laughed all the way to the bloody and chilling climax. Worth a credit? Yes, it was an intriguing web to untangle and piece together.. it was a rocky yet romantic love story beautifully executed.. and it was a fantastically narrated dual POV start to a series I’m definitely looking forward to. I’m eagerly anticipating meeting the first Cole brother.. because this is the precursor to the Cole brothers - and a brief introduction to two of them in particular.. and color me shamelessly smitten already ;)

I believed the reviews !

Trite dull dross. I've been spoilt by having most of J T Geissinger excellent books recently, and several fab Sandra Brown's love stories. I chose this book as both MCs were supposedly lawyers (intelligent ?), with connection to the mafia (potential for interest ?), and the good reviews. Lasted 57 mins. GIVE THIS ONE A MISS
