specifc numbers for arlington market

Great specifics for dmv. accurate except arlington tends to have higher floor/bathroom/kitchen costs than md.

Ok

Useful, but could have been better. I would have appreciated if the whole repair estimate checklist would have been read at the end. It was indicated it would be easily available on his website but I didn't find it to be the case .

great info but one question.

when it comes to a first estimate on a property, should I establish the three bids first or present to the GCs the estimate? my fiance and I have loved real estate for years and are finally jumping off the fence and buying our first investment property in South Carolina area. coming from a construction background helps but I've never done estimating. I really appreciate the info and great read. thank you!
