Excellent content throughout entire read! Just what I needed starting off in this wonderful business!

They're really in the business (as someone who is also) and I learned some things I hadn't taken as seriously before but realize now I need to. Recommended for beginners and novices alike.

Contained a lot of great information, not just about wholesaling, but about rural estate investing and running a business in general! I will be using it as a reference moving forward. The narrators made a lot of mistakes, but they were cute.

Good Basic Reference

Good Basic Reference on How to Get Started Wholesaling. The book provided some great suggestions. It is easy to understand and has a free online course to access.

Very hard to follow with one of the narrators.

Reading by one of the narrators is painfully horrible. Content seems to be ok, but nearly impossible to follow with the choppy narration.

Free information

Everything in this book can literally be learned from YouTube for free. It is basic as basic can get. If you know NOTHING about wholesaling then I guess this might be okay but overall this is general information. I hated giving this a bad review but paying for information that is free doesn’t seem right. A 10 min youtube video will teach you all of this. I wish could refund this. What a waste of money. If it's helpful for someone out there then I guess it isn't a complete waste. To much free information out there to make sense of buying this book.
