I Found You: Booktrack Edition adds an immersive musical soundtrack to your audiobook listening experience!*

In a windswept British seaside town, single mum Alice Lake finds a man sitting on the beach outside her house. He has no name and no idea how he got there. Against her better judgment, she invites him inside.

Meanwhile, in a suburb of London, 21-year-old Lily Monrose has only been married for three weeks. When her husband fails to come home from work one night, she is left alone in a place where she knows no one and with the police telling her that her husband never existed.

In this suspenseful drama, both women must sort through the secrets surrounding men neither of them knows if they can trust.

*Booktrack is an immersive format that pairs traditional audiobook narration to complementary music. The tempo and rhythm of the score are in perfect harmony with the action and characters throughout the audiobook. Gently playing in the background, the music never overpowers or distracts from the narration, so listeners can enjoy every minute. When you purchase this Booktrack edition, you receive the exact narration as the traditional audiobook available, with the addition of music throughout.

Wonderful!

It was my first audiobook accompanied by a soundtrack and that really brought the story to life. So captivating and so well written and read!
Now to download more books by Lisa Jewell :)

Forgettab.le

Narrator was difficult to understand and the constant 🎶 ? Music made it more difficult. I never got the real gist of the story; I finally, after three starts, took the book off my Kindle. Difficulty with vision has made Audible a godsend. Must have people I can understand. Thick accent most difficult to understand trying to not hear the music

Don’t like sound effects!

Never got used to music and sound effects added in. Prefer to use my own imagination. Good story though!

Good story marred by soundtrack

My enjoyment of the book was disrupted by the poorly engineered and discordant background “soundtrack” that overwhelmed the listening experience. The “noise” vied with the narrative. I will not be listening to any more “soundtrack” performances. Credit the characters and mystery to have me stick with it.

Horrible, boring, profanity laden, pointless

If you're anxious to hear the f-word uttered hundreds of times by the pitiable narrator hired to read this, along with other profanities, vulgarities and a cringe-worthy masturbation description, this is book for you. Otherwise, skip it. There's not one likeable character in the entire book, the story goes absolutely nowhere, and when I finished it I said to myself, "thank goodness it's over!" I'm ashamed of myself for finishing it; I could have received a credit for something better.

Good story just a little drawn out. 3.5/5

I have previously read The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell and absolutely loved it! A 5-star!!
So maybe I just had my sights set too high with this one. It was still a well written book with a great plot, fabulous character development and a talented narrator. However, I think it could have been a few hours shorter. Parts of the book were slow and seemed to drag on. The only reason I held on is because I knew based on the previous book it would be a good ending. And it was:)
This was the first time I had ever listens to an audible with music in the background of the story. I actually really liked that aspect. I think it enhanced listening. One of my favorite things about this book was it kept me guessing until the end. Even during the slow parts I held on because the author gave me just enough to keep me hanging.
I would still recommend this book as long as the reader knows it may be slow in parts. Also, in my opinion, nothing will compare to The Family Upstairs. I will still give her other books a chance and maybe I’ll be proven wrong.

Great Ending twist

I think the overall story was a good one. But it felt like the story dragged out. The ending was great but I struggled to finish it.

Loved it!

Great character development! Readers voice was easy to listen to. Lisa Jewell's books are page Turner's.
