Do yourself a favor a purchase it

So far the best book of my life. Probably Jen has no idea how much she helped me but I’m enormously grateful to her. I will probably listen to this audiobook several times cause whenever im sad or lost it seems to cheer me up

Love her attitude raw and real

Helpful & thought provoking

Surprising

When I saw the ad for this book, I didn't think it would have the effect it has. I thought, oh here we go, more spiritual advice. But I listened to it and I did the exercises and I have started changing my habits. I'd been through a long illness and had lost my confidence totally. Avoiding people, work and leaving the house. This book has helped me organise a lot of what I already know and discover things I didn't know about myself. In 2 weeks, I feel like I can almost be myself again. Thank you.

Life changing !

I love her podcasts and she has such a soothing voice hence what drew me to her book. It is insightful, to the point and beyond helpful in ways I didn’t know I needed help with. Highly recommend
