Personally, including the fact that the people around me can be affected on how I act is a huge game changer, I think it can trigger improvement on how we dealt with self-awareness. Also, I love how it focuses on self-awareness and personal growth in order to build healthy relationship, I dont really thought about that deeply to be honest, I can say that this book helps me to deepen my perspective on such matter, will definitely listen to this again!!
