Disappointing, with occasional good advice.

The book is read well, but the advice given seems dated. Basically, the author wants people to deceitfully align themselves with the views of the person who they are trying to make fall in love with you. Most decent people will be turned off by much of the advice. Nonetheless, the book now and then offers helpful advice, particularly regarding sexual compatibility. But, overall, like some other books on similar topics, it is longer than it needs to be, it is dated, and it offers mixed advice.

I loved the book it was very informative and interesting, plus I learned some things.

Currently in a relationship and still like this book!

What’s interesting is that, based on the title, I wouldn’t have picked up this book—even though I’m in a relationship. However, many of the tips it shares are things I can implement right now to keep my partner interested and deepen my interest in him. That’s what I love about books like this: if you judge them solely by the title, you might miss out on transferable tips and skills that are applicable in any situation.

I knew quite few of its details already. but on a scientific level. this is beyond anything I could have thought of. This puts you on game!!!! You can the person you exactly want. A must read

Great tips and action items to make a connection

There are 85 points in this book and the author does a fantastic job of describing each one, how it works and what you need to do to make it work for you. She also uses many real life examples to help you think of your own examples and how you could apply this knowledge to your life.

You may not use all 85 instructions in this book but I'm willing to bet you'll use 60-65 of them if you make the effort and apply them. You'll notice a big difference in how people respond to you and how they reciprocate making a stronger connection with you. And, these tips aren't that difficult to use; you may already be doing many of them but you just need to step up your game a little bit. Leil will help you with that!

Prepare to take notes

Useful information. I will listen to it again and again. I have social anxiety and I am most likely on the spectrum. Books like this help me navigate potential romantic situations.

So gross I hope nobody uses these tactics or you might be signing up for a miserable life with someone you don’t belong with. Why would you want to be phony to get someone? Why would you want to be with a person you can’t be yourself around. Ick.

Not worth your time

Please take note of the high rating vs the amount of reviews. I wished I had. There is no substantive information and I couldn’t even finish the book, and I really tried. So if you want to read / listen over and over how if you gaze into your potential partner’s eyes long enough, and keep smiling you’ll win them over, then I wish you well.
