This book teaches techniques that are essential tools for life. Most of these techniques are the opposite of what I have been taught yet make more since. I will implement some of these techniques to see if I have better results.

this was a relatively good listen for anyone interested in becoming a manager, or want to know the basics. unfortunately, with the amount of time allotted for this book,
the reader can only gather the basics.
I was hoping to learn about the firing process, but did not find it on this read.
