I love learning how to relate to people better. This writer uses examples and references to support the message. I suggest taking notes as the book challenges the reader to reflect on your own life and how these tips can be applied to your own personal circumstances. It is a very interactive study. I would recommend to others.

The author, who was born in Romania, lived in the United States and now lives in the UK, shares many helpful suggestions about how to get along with others, particularly at work. She shares how to develop relationships to build trust, how to assert your needs and say 'no' when necessary, how to influence others even when lacking formal authority , and how to deal with conflict.
