Great boxing advice

Having wanted to start boxing this is a great audible that taught me the basics and gave me the confidence to go to my first class. Highly recommended as it's easy to follow and to implement as you go along.

A great intro

The author included some boxing history. That was cool. And then some basics and benefits of the sport. I hope this book can get more people into the activity. A phenomenal exercise.

Short but "packs a punch!"

This short audiobook has an amazing amount of info about boxing. I knew very little about it before listening, and now i feel like I know more than the average person, and definitely enough to have an informed discussion about it. The book covers everything from the history of boxing, to how it's done, the different types (who knew there were types?!), what equipment you'll need to get started, benefits of taking up boxing, and more. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the time just flew by. I recommend this book to anyone with an interest in the topic!

Wow !!!!

Wow! In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator breaks down the sport of boxing for everyone. I've been wanting to step into the sport myself for a long time and this audiobook does a great job of overviewing the basics and building confidence for the next step.

I've been a lifelong boxing fan and my favorite boxer is Floyd "Money" Mayweather - he went 50-0 and is regarded by many as the greatest boxer who ever lived because of his incredible defense and technical skills! I will never be Floyd, but this audiobook has made me appreciate the sport even more - Highly Recommend!
