Publisher's Summary

Ed, a 40-something contractor with a tired libido, leaves work early to resurrect some passion in his life. With flowers in hand, he comes home to discover Renee, his wife, having sex with another man.

This hilarious romantic comedy is a modern twist on the classic angel versus devil. With Horndog, an avatar of his libido on one shoulder and Conscience on the other, Ed struggles to save his marriage. Together, they must choose between losing everything, joining the swinging lifestyle, or bowing down to a pastor hell-bent on making an example of Ed's wayward wife.

this sucks

I guess it might be ok if you are a bisexual submissive Male, or a chick. Men should avoid this. How do I get my money back?

Misogynistic and Icky

Poorly chosen search terms lead me to think this book was written by an author I like under a possible pseudonym. I listened for a bit, hoping the unpleasant tone was just a setup for a dramatic and/or comedic turn. It went on. No turn was immediately apparent. I started to feel bad about myself for continuing to listen. Stopped and deleted the book. Stay away.

Tragic comedy.

Great performance. This was one of the best read books I have purchased in a long time. The narrator was smooth, great tone changes between characters, his voice helped build the image of the character as much as the story.
The story is was very well written adding humor to a very hard subject of infidelity in a marriage. The "Angel & Devil" on the shoulder doing honor to all the Warner Bros characters that came before them. This book was worth every penny and gave my wife and I hours of laughter with a hint of erotica.

not-so-simple

really good-- not straight-up erotica, more really a tale of the trials of watching your relationships change, and why the hard times are important. also funny!

Great Story. Needs a better cover.

I think this title would do better with a cover that better fits the Erotica Genre. The story is great, but the physical manifestations of his dog and conscious are a little jarring.
