  • 40. We can do hard things: 10 tips to help you navigate challenges as a Highly Sensitive Person
    Jul 11 2024

10 lessons learned from returning to full-time school in my mid thirties.

Well, this past 2 years has been a doozy. I've just completed Massage Therapy school (woohoo!) and while it was incredibly challenging, it was also deeply rewarding and I love weaving Craniosacral and Massage together.

In today's episode, I share tips, tools, and practices that I used to navigate the challenges of going back to school. You can use these in your own life to help navigate change, new situations, and to finally just do the thing you've been wanting to do for years...even when it's hard.

Loved this show

I enjoyed the discussion with Jonathan Bauer ~ as an HSP it is heartwarming to have more information and kindness and understanding about HSPs out in the world as Jonathan’s book and experience explore and teach. I was brought up to feel damaged and criticized for my sensitivity, very misunderstood and unknown. So glad to see people appreciating the strengths and gifts of us now. I hope this podcast will continue! I would recommend this book to everyone I know!
