One of my favorite series

One of the best ever!!!! Claire and Lucy made us fall in love with the entire Bodine clan. Gibson was a favorite throughout. and I feel the need to go to West Virginia in search of this town and look for all the characters

Overall & Story: Loved every character in this series. Having Gibson as the last hero in this series is fitting. Even as the oldest, he was the one whom needed to grow the most. Boy, did he ever. Highball Rush is everything you wanted to read in closing out the Bootleg Spring series. There was times I just wanted to hug both main characters, especially Maya. The mystery has been solved and a very very HEA for the town of Bootleg Springs. The epilogue and bonus series epilogue will just warm your heart and make you tear up in joy.

Narration: I can’t believe it’s over! Natalie Duke and Stephen Dexter again does an amazing job. Omg. The growly deep voice Stephen does for Gibson gave me chills the first time I heard him open up the chapter.

Bootleg Spring

Excellent series, I lost sleep listings to the books. I hate to read the last word. I laugh and some crying all the way through the books. I also throughly enjoyed the bonus and bonus plus epilogues. Wishing Claire Kingsley and Lucy Score co- write another series.

Amazing Finale

I absolutely loved this conclusion to the Bootleg Springs series. As always it was wonderfully written and performed. We once again have Stephen Dexter and Natalie Duke narrating. Don’t for a second thing the same voices make every lead sound the same throughout the series. In fact, every character sounded unique while keeping with the country theme.

The story absolutely cannot be read out of order, however the last pieces of the puzzle are dropped at a nice pace and you aren’t overwhelmed. The extended epilogue, the where are they now, and the making of special pieces were a great way to ease out of this immersive universe and back to reality.

What a beautiful conclusion to a fantastic series. I LOVE BOOTLEG SPRINGS!!

By the time you get to Highball Rush you will be absolutely in love with Bootleg Springs, the town, these characters, the quirks, all of it. You will also have more questions than answers. I am amazed at how well Lucy Score and Claire Kingsley weaved the mystery throughout these stories. You have 6 individual love stories that are so connected in story and characters. Highball Rush is the peak of this. In order to protect the mystery, there won’t be much of a story review other than to say your questions will be answered. Nobody wraps a series like Claire. You will feel sad to leave Bootleg, but so so satisfied. This story is fantastic, and has it all. I basically want to pack my bags, move to Bootleg Springs, and become friends with these characters. The world created throughout the series is unbelievable and complete perfection.

Natalie Duke. Stephen Dexter. I can’t even. They are so insanely fantastic. It’s amazing when adding accents that they can still have different voices for different characters. They were hands down the best possible option for narrators. They both added so much to the series and brought it to life. I love this series.
