Slow starter

I love the story once it got going but it took a little longer than I would have liked to get going but I am glad I stuck it out!

Great Overall listen!!!

This story was great. I read it before with kindle unlimited but listening to it was so much better. It helped this story come to life. I love Maxine's narration Stephen's not so much he is so dramatic!!

I love books that find a clever way to break the 4th wall. This book was sweet, and hot and relatable. If you've had a book boyfriend, this one's a must read.

Great performance

The story was really engaging and cute, but the best part of this audiobook were the voice actors performance. hands down the best audio performance I've ever heard.

HEA within an HEA

This was my first audiobook just for me - and I LOVED IT! I already love Claire Kingsley, so that was easy. But the narration was fantastic! The love story, the angst AND the steamy sexy times were delivered so well paced genuinely ! I'll be back for more!

Great Writing Married with Great Narration

Stephen Dexter and Maxine Mitchell are the much needed dynamic duo for this excellent book from Claire Kingsley. This was already one of my favorite books, but the audio easily elevated it. This is my secret dream meet-cute, so every romance book fan MUST LISTEN to this book! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

swoon worthy

Book Boyfriend is definately titled correctly. Alex is a dream, and the narrators are top tier. The steam is piping, and the HEA is perfect. definately a book worth reading.

Audio: Both Maxine Mitchell and Stephen Dexter are favorite performers. They did an amazing job with this narration. Giving the characters more personality and attitude. Loved it!

Story: I absolutely love the set up for this book. Alex takes a dive into writing career as a Romance Author under a woman's pen name. What could go wrong? Mia has her own book blog site, under a fake name. Let the dominoes start to fall. I love their chance meeting, and how Mia is so quirky. I could list a ton of things I loved about the characters an book, but I would run out of space. Amazing all the way around.
