Publisher's summary

Ariana has been stuck inside a cage as long as she can remember.

From one master to the next, she hasn't known kindness since her parents were alive, and even then, she never belonged to herself. When a handsome werewolf saves her from the fighting pits, Ariana's life is turned upside down.

Thrown into a brand new world, Ariana discovers she's not only a wolf but the Silver Shifter, a being born every 100 years, and she's supposed to be the last. But her hot new alpha is hiding more than he's telling, including the alphas of the other New York packs.

Wolves. Dragons. Bears. Panthers. Each pack is holding back a secret from her, like why Ariana feels an unnatural pull to each.

Contains mature themes.

Great story

I loved the story! The narration was easy to follow. The accents were a nice touch.

This was my first story by James & Bogle and I am hooked. FYI: it does end on a cliffhanger.

love love love love love.

It was so good, I had to listen to it all the way through. I couldn't just listen to it and go do what I had to do and come back to the book I had to listen to it all the way through, that's how good it was.

Her world turned upside down

I enjoyed this story and getting to know Ariana and the discovery of her mate. Just when the story was getting exciting.. it ended. This is my first time indulging in a story by either of these authors. I guess I should have read more about this series to know that this wouldn't have been a stand alone. Fun story, just wish I didn't have to purchase more books just to get the full story.
I love Alexander Cendese. Marnye Young is new to me, she was fantastic. I enjoyed listening to them bring this story to life.

Not a full story, but got hooked by the end.

I enjoy books that come to an ending at the first book. This book doesn’t and it didn’t really get to be interesting until it was about half over. Then when I really got into the story the book ended. And it left we wanting to know what was happening. I debated whether or not to get the next one knowing what I was in for. These books are under 5 hours, and each book has an animal name in the title. So if you want the full story I’m guessing you will have to buy all the books. But one of my complains about books like this is that I want to hear a story beginning to end and not a small piece of it. It would have been better to sell this book as a bundle.
So if you don’t mind a book that introduces you to the characters then has some drama and then ends. Then you won’t mind this book. Now having said all that…..I did get into the book towards the end and after 2-3 days after I finished book 1 I decide I wanted to know where the story would go next. I just started the second book and will review it when I finish it.

Just okay .

Story seems like it’s missing gaps. The males voice was ANNOYING! Like he was gasping for air the entire time. Honestly all the books should have been put together as one it would have more worth a credit. But I got the book on sale

Really… Cliffhanger 😡

Interesting story line and the narration was good but did not appreciate the cliffhanger ending.

just meh

This was an interesting book. There were so many inconsistencies that I struggled with it. Arianna spent her whole teenage years in wolf form, but then later on she says she only spent a few years, then her transition back to human life took like a week if that. the time line is just screwy in that regard.
the voices each narrator gave the characters were also inconsistent. when the woman was narrating, Owen sounded like he was just whispering, the male narrator didn't differentiate much between wolf and bear, they definitely spoke too fast.

interesting concept. could have had a better delivery. it was a fun-ish discounted book, but I don't think I'll read the rest in the series.

Good book

It was a very slow book. The narration was very good. I just don’t like the ending of the book. I felt the book could have gone more in depth.

Great start

I loved all of this story. I can't wait to see what will happen next. No boring scenes at all. I can't wait for next book.

Cliffhangar

Interesting story line with two voices, which works well. It has a cliffhanger ending. Enjoyed it.
