Great to listen to

This is about MC life Raven she is the one girl in a house of brothers and they took care of her because their parents died and then her brothers took over. The only rule they had at the Club is no one touches Raven Hannigan. But there one guy that did not keep that one rule and his name is Bash. Bash had to take the beaten that he had come because of him wanting to touch Raven. Now would be the best time to buy the book to find out what happens to the people in it. It will be worth getting it. I will be getting more from this author.

Adults acting like bully teenagers. Spoiled brat with rage issues

The title and reviews got my attention thus getting this book. There was NO MC action/adventure just a president taking advantage of his position to bully the spoiled brat into his arms . Not romantic or a good plot. Although the second book might be interesting if its about Felicity.

such an amazing performance!

I have read these stories a few times. Each time a new one would come out I'd go back and read the others to refresh my memory. It is very difficult for me to keep things straight in a story where character storylines overlap - yet connected stories are my favorite.

I have to say the choice to use multiple voices involving multiple actors to perform this audiobook was genius. It was so easy for me to keep who straight. They did a fantastic job.

Terri Anne Browning is a very talented author and I have enjoyed everything I've ever read by her. Bravo to all involved!

Enjoyable start MC series, don’t miss it!

This is the first book I’ve enjoyed FMCs in a while. They were not whiny, no claims of “smart” but then act nothing but, didn’t find a stupid argument that could have been resolved with a simple question… it was really a breath of fresh air… I was about to leave this genre because of the annoyance…

So, this book.
It has more than one story to follow and all stories are intriguing.
It’s an MC club in a town of Creswell Springs and as usual, MCs rule the town.
I liked how there’s a backstory to the old timers, how they net etc.

Raven Hannigan and Sebastian “Bash” Reid seem to be main characters in this book and their relationship started as forbidden love story (I won’t spoil the story for you) but it’s also refreshing, I personally like when human characters are closer to real life.

We are introduced to other characters who are Raven Hannigan’s very handsome brothers. e.g. Hawk (can’t wait for his story) and the way he rescued Grace.
Felicity (Flick) and her tragic story tangled with another brother and current MC president serving time Jet Hannigan. Other brothers are mentioned… also Spider (James) who is Bash’s best friend and also a friend to Raven, you’ll have to get the book to see the tangled thing they have there…

I’m trying not to give too much of the story but it was nice to know if all the characters as the book went on. I didn’t know it was going to be a cliffy but I’m not complaining too much as I head to get the 2nd book.

If you don’t like smut please don’t get this book (there isn’t much but I’ve read some reviews where people complain of “too much s*x 🙄 skip this one if it’s you) for smut enthusiasts, there’s really not much but enough to get you going 😃

so very full of sexy fighting drinking and bad ass assault. strong female character perfact match to her mate. in yet Raven forgives so easy which is wrong

What a amazing book. I love that is was multi people POV.What a great start to this series! Audible was easy to listen too.

Good Start

this is a good start to the series. It's filled with interesting characters and you get multiple POVs and multiple narrators which really help to bring the story to life.

great MC series!

This is a fast pace story with varying POVs. At first I was a bit skeptical but it turned out to be fantastic! I'm liking this style of writing. This is Bash and Raven's story, with a little bit of the sub characters' lives interspersed. Raven has loved Bash, former Enforcer of the Angel's Halo MC, since before she was 'legal'. Bash finally gave in when she turned 18 and they had a secret affair...because no one in the MC was to touch the Hanigan sister!! When the secret was out, Bash was severely beaten by Raven's oldest brother...before he gave his blessing. Except, Bash then walked away without a word to Raven. Now a couple of years later and he is back to take over the position as club president, since Raven's brother is in prison. Will Raven forgive Bash for leaving? Why DID Bash leave so suddenly and will Raven be able to get over the reason?
Great story...looking forward to the rest of the series!
