This story is pure sweetness and love. I look forward to reading it over and over. One of my favorite narrators too.

Good story

Liked the characters and plot ! It’s a tad slow to me but I overall enjoyed it !

highly enjoyable

i found myself doing stuff around the house just to listen to this. Both leads were very engaging with the female making me laugh with her innocence.
His jealous fits were also highly entertaining. The reader did a very good job of bringing it to life.

a nice listen

nothing spectacular, but a good easy listen. The plot isn't complicated, with overly complex characters. That actually make it perfect to listen to while you're busy with something. highly recommend.

Enjoyed it, sweet love story!

I didn’t read the description before I listened to the book. I had a hard time finding interest in chapter 1-2. By chapter 3 I had gotten hooked into the story enough to keep going. I wish the author would have shared a little more back story on the main characters earlier in the story.
Over all I enjoyed it. I am interested to follow up with the 2nd book, I was hoping it would have been an extension of the love story that was written in this book/these characters- (maybe 3-5 years later after they have settled into there new life together). Instead it seems to be more of exploration of a supporting character ?? I belive there are 3 books in this series. Maybe the 3rd book will . Or I am taking a leap and making a guess that each book might be one part of the bigger picture that makes
Up the lives and differences of the 3 brothers. The first book would focus on the life, more specifically the love story of one brother. He was one of this first books main characters.

Good Story Development, a bit slow at times

I like the other titles in this series so far, though I find the prizefighter ones more interesting.

Overall the storylines of the very different brides and brothers and decent story development put it a cut above a lot of other regency romance.

This MMC is often not likable but that’s probably more realistic but bedroom scenes skirted the edge of dubcon; didn’t bother me but be aware if that’s a trigger.

The paige was cute comedy but stretched credibility in how he was treated and maybe I’m thinking too hard but seemed like a security risk lol

I thought the ending was a bit rushed and some storylines and character habits that were deeply entrenched got rather short shrift after they changed locations.

The storyline

Quick read: The storyline was good. I’m use to reading really steamy romance so this felt more like a tease and at times rushed. The intimate scenes could use more detail but overall good story and I finished it.

I liked this book. The heroine not a wimp. She stands up to her new unexpected bridegroom. But i liked him too.

My favorite Coldbreath?

I LOVED this book. I have listened to all of Coldbreath's books and these are absolutely my favorite main characters. The MMC was big and tough, yet soft and loving to those he loves (made me want to swoom). The FMC was sheltered and so sweet with an inner strength that rivals the MMC (my favorite kind of FMC). I think that this may have been my favorite Coldbreath book overall, but they are all so good and therefore, hard to compare! At the very least, this book is tied for first! The narrator was great, which added to my enjoyment. as usual.
