Well organized book.

Great Keto slow cooker cookbook! Delicious recipes, truly keto with nutrients listed. Some recipes require precooking onions, garlic etc but I just throw them in and it comes out great. Highly recommend!

5 Stars. Loving every bit of this book!

It's easy to get stuck doing the same meals when living the keto lifestyle. Lots of Information

So many interesting recipes! I really like eating low carb/ keto and this is a way I can do so and feed my family. Having something ready for dinner that I can eat (that fits my dietary needs) and the rest of my family loves has been a lifesaver. The cookbook is well written and there are plenty of new ideas to fit my meal planning.

Amazing book !!! A MUST READ

I think this is a bundle book. It's very big and it took me awhile to finish reading it.
It has the keto for beginners break-downed into several chapters.
And the most important of all, Keto Slow cooker for beginners. Very useful in Keto diet. Wide selections of recipes to use.
In this case, it uses slow cooker. The recipes are clear and done in a few steps.
Mostly, they take hours since they are cooked slowly.
