need a new updated book
It definitely has a lot of great information in it but needs to be updated to the current way of the bypass. Also hearing about bariatricpal.com 6 million times gets to be annoying.

Not engaging and puts me to sleep
Book has some good information but the format is just not right. It’s a little to dry, and sounds as scientific research which is just very difficult to follow. Very long Overview of each section, and a lot of information in the beginning which has nothing to do with the topic ( like other ways to loose weight). May be it’s better in book format where u can skip chapters, but in audio it’s very disappointing.
