I am a massage therapist as well as an occasional back pain suffer. i've read commended this book to clients for years and have seen miraculous results.this book is written from the point of view of an orthopedic surgeon and provides a tremendous insight into the pain cycle that keeps so many of us trapped.stop browsing, buy this book, listen to it, then listen to it again, then watch your life change. Life changing
I've had recurring back pain for years. When I stumbled across this book, I'd been in pain for 6 days after from suffering a supposed back sprain. Listened to this on Monday night, woke up pain free on Tuesday morning. If you're open minded and prepared to un-learn everything you thought you knew about back pain, this book will change your life in the best possible way.

Knowledge is Power
I have heard many times about psycho somatíc disease and it makes sense because I observe people and how they act, exacerbating their illness for attention and right there you can see that early in in their life they were affected by lack of love or lost a parent at an early age and so forth. So it’s very mind blowing that all these aches and pains are only in the mind and not the body !! Fascinating book. Thank you Dr. Sarno - great read. My pain went away as well now that I know better. Wow - really makes you think!

my shoulder pain and ulcers are gone
