Loved the descriptive storytelling

So well written. Look forward to her next book! I would highly recommend this. We read it for our book club this month.

Hooked from beginning - love suspense ‘class’y.

Lavender and Shores style of before and after the suspenseful moments and the reader voice was perfect - soft and likable as one would expect for Nora.

The twists of the story. Loved it!

The book kept me interested from beginning to end. I loved the surprise ending. The characters were fun to hear about. I just thoroughly enjoyed the story and the orator or read it!

Witty Banter A Florida Country Club Mystery

A regular girl meets Florida high society. Knives are out. A mystery that is fast paced with true wit throughout.

The narration was fantastic and the writing strings scenes, words and characters like an exquisite diamond tennis bracelet
Saskia Maarleveld is a wonderful narrator. She is a favorite and makes everything ring true.

Not really a thriller mystery

The book was ok, slow and not much mystery, crime, or thrills though. more of a wife on a mission. love the narrator and she didn't disappoint but I wouldn't spend a credit on it if your looking for an enthralling mystery

This was so good!

After many wasted credits, I can finally report that this one was well worth the listen and absolutely worth the credit!
While you may figure it out fairly early on, it is still such a great storyline! I really enjoyed this one!

I could not put this book or audible down!!

Happy Wife by Meredith Lavender and Kendall Shores is a delightful emotional rollercoaster that left me laughing, gasping, and—yes—ugly crying into a pillow over a roller coaster of emotions. These two authors clearly conspired to charm us with witty banter and relatable chaos, only to yank the rug out from under our hearts. It’s a sparkling, smart, and heartbreakingly human tale that somehow made my grief feel glamorous. Five stars—and a box of tissues. I also heard there will be a second book. What are you waiting for? Buy this now! My only regret is that I’ve finished reading it:)

Great story that kept me wanting to listen non stop

I loved the story line, Nora's character, and the narrator's voice was easy and great to listen to.
