Some useful tidbits in this book for sure! It’s worth a listen, and you will probably be happier just after listening to this book! It’s difficult to stay in a bad mood when you are listening to a book about the massive benefits of positivity, anyways ;)

Laugh every day!

It sounds cheesy, but its so essential! Laughter really is one of the best ways to reduce stress, connect with fellow human beings, and it can even strengthen your immunity! I really appreciated how complete this book is in terms of how to be a happier person, and all the amazing benefits you get when you improve your mood.

Practicing positive self-talk

Positive self talk is crucial to being the happiest and most productive version of yourself. Most people go around saying negative things to themselves, and this has a drastic impact on the subconscious mind. This book will teach you good habits to instill positive self talk and improve your behavior! Highly recommend reading this for that reason alone.

Give More, Expect Less, Be Grateful

Sometimes the simplest strategies are hardest to master. It’s easy to intent to give more and be grateful, but life can get in the way. One thing you can do, however, is set the intention to feel grateful for five minutes every day. Or, do the daily positivity meditation recommended in this guide. Consistency is key to lasting progress!

This book was my favorite self help book so far

This year I bought a bunch of self help and self development books, and this one has to be my favorite. Listening to it was so empowering, and I started practicing some of the habits suggested right away such as the daily positivity meditation. It takes a little effort, but it is definitely worth taking action because the payoff is happiness!
